The 145gr RN is what I shoot in competition. It got me a 1st place at the IDPA World Championship. I use TiteGroup at 2.9gr for my 4-5″ firearms and 2.7gr for BUG division (Glock 26, 3.4″ barrel). 2.7gr in the Glock 26 is very reliable and soft shooting. As he said in the video, 145gr is a soft shooting round for IDPA at power factor.
